The beginning -Sandblasting
All parts are out for painting in orginal Polycromatic Blue.Frame Sandblasting and then powder coated.The Petrol and Oil Tank is special inside cleaned with Acid ,pressure tested and then inside sealed,before painting !!

Gearbox maintenance and Repair
Rebuild-All Bushes and Bearings new. Camplate changed
Fitting new cush drive rubbers
Front Wheel complete rebuild
Rear Wheel rebuild
Wheels are finished with new Rims and stainless Steel Spokes
Brand new Parts and new chromed Parts
Front Fork completely rebuilt with new Stanchions and Springs
Rolling Chassis-it is going on
Clean complete new wiring
Completely Engine refurb
6T Cylinderhead refurb lead free Valve seat conversion,Colsibro Inlet and Exhaust Valve Guides-ground +10 to std,6T inlet Valve-T120 plasma hardened exhaust Valves
Valve Seat recut multi angle,Skim Cylinder Head face and Rocker Box face,shot blasted and stoved enamelled.
New Cylinder- honed , with NÜRAL Pistons Std.
Final - waiting for the new Carburetor
